Return Policy

Receipts must accompany all returns. Only new merchandise can be returned for cash within ten (10) days of purchase. On purchases made by check, there will be a ten (10) day processing period before any cash refunds can be made! All Clearance sales are final sales! No refunds!

For any manufacturer's defective product, returns must be made within 30 days for an exchange only! No cash refunds!

Any defective product that is 31 to 60 days old, will have a service charge of 15% of the purchase price. Exchanges only, no cash refunds!! After 60 days, no returns will be accepted.

Layaway for 60 Days

Put your purchase on layaway with only twenty (20) percent down! Just make a payment after the first month and then pick it up in sixty (60) days! If your purchase is returned for any reason other than a defect, there is a 15% restocking fee. You can only get a refund up to seven (7) days from the original date of the layaway.

Special Orders

The AthElite can order anything that is available from our manufacturers. We require a 50% down payment. There will be a $7.00 charge for ground shipping and a $15.00 charge for 2 Day air shipping. All sales are final! No Refunds!
